Fuse Clothing is keen to keep all our cutomers happy, therefore exchanges can be given (of which delivery charges are not applicable) up to 10 working days after delivery and must adhere to the following: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing make-up, perfume/aftershave or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. Items must be in perfect original sale-able condition. Tags must not be broken. Please see section 5 of our Business Terms & Conditions for further information. Please note a refund or exchange is only possible when the items we have sent to you are faulty or the item is returned in the same condition as delivered.
If you wish to exchange an item then you will need to place a new order online and return the original item for a refund. We cannot provide a refund until a new order has been placed. For ease please fill in the form on the delivery leaflet correctly including the name on the new order. Returns postage charges are non-refundable, you must include you’re bank account number and bank sort code on the returns form for a refund to be achievable. It is not up to Fuse Clothing to contact you for these details if missing. Fuse Clothing will not be liable if the details are incorrect.
Each delivered item is checked before delivery for quality purposes. However if the item you received is faulty or not what you originally ordered, a return form will be completed and returned to the address provided. If a fault occurs with a delivered item the 10 working day return time limit will still apply. The garments must not be tampered with in any way, if Fuse Clothing feel the item has been worn or deliberately tampered with in any way we can reserve the right to reject refund requests.
Fuse Clothing will not be held responsible for items that have been washed incorrectly. However it is imperative that each individual garment’s washing instructions are adhered to exactly as stated on our ‘Garment Care & Printing’ page on the Fuse Clothing website. Each garment is wash-tested thoroughly and quality-checked on each production batch prior to leaving the supplier. We cannot accept returns that have been soiled, torn or damaged due to incorrect washing or use.
